I'm designed to make you sweat and shed pounds while doing so. I hug your waist and your thighs firmly, as you are also able to adjust to your liking how tight or loose you'd like. The objective is to have it as tight as you can stand it to sweat so the pounds around your waist and thighs will just melt off.
